Welcome to Afroticket! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Afroticket’s websites, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • “Event Organizer” means individuals or entities who use our Services to create, promote, and manage events.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to individuals or entities accessing or using our Services.
  • “Content” refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials available through our Services.

3. Changes to the Terms

Afroticket reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version of these Terms on our website. If you continue to use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

4. Accessing and Using Our Services

  • Accounts: You may need to register an account to access some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Your Content: You retain all rights in the Content you submit to the Services. You grant Afroticket a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content for providing the Services.
  • Prohibited Activities: You are responsible for your conduct and Content while using the Services. You must comply with our policies and all applicable laws.

5. Our Role

Afroticket provides a platform for Event Organizers and attendees. We are not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on the Services. Organizers are solely responsible for their events.

6. Tickets and Payments

Event Organizers determine ticket prices and how tickets are sold. We are not responsible for the transactions between Event Organizers and ticket buyers.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Event Organizers set their own cancellation and refund policies. Any disputes must be resolved directly between Event Organizers and attendees.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by Afroticket or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages related to your use of or inability to use our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
